We have acquired our License to Consume.  This means that you can bring your own adult beverage of choice to any of our classes to enjoy with your meal.  We will continue to serve non-alcoholic beverages as part of each class.


Cancellation Policy - We are happy to honor requests for refunds or issue gift certificates in the amount of class registration as long as the request is made more than seven (7) calendar days prior to the class date.  We encourage you to find a substitute should you discover that you are unable to attend within the seven (7) days prior to class.  Please understand that we cannot make exceptions.  We have a minimum number of students required in order for a class to occur.  We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, in which a full refund will be given.

In this cookie class you will learn how to decorate cookies like a Pro with a delightful 4th of July theme!  Cookie class includes a dozen baked  sugar cookies using Katie’s own recipe as well as decoration demonstration, instruction, and assistance.  Katie will teach a variety of techniques (piped icing, cookie painting, sprinkle accents, flooding, etc.).  She will bring all the supplies including icing in bags, any adornments, and the tools needed to create the cookies designs. You will not only leave class with beautifully decorated cookies but new skills that you can show off to your friends and family. Class will last about 2 hours.

Join Chef Sophia Chatfield for this 3 day class and learn how to cook with an international flair.  This will be a cooking class for those young future-to-be chefs who want to learn about cooking cuisines from different countries.  First day will be a trip to Italy where you will learn how to make garlic bread, spaghetti and meatballs with marinara source, Fettuccini Alfredo and some fresh baked cookies.  On day 2, let’s travel to the Far East.  In this class you will make sushi and spring rolls, followed by Lo Mein Noodles, Teriyaki Skewers and Bubble Tea.  And, finally, on Day 3 it’s off to Mexico starting with some tasty salsa and queso with tortilla chips.  Then you will enjoy Chicken and Cheese quesadilla and a Taco Salad with beef.  And the day would not be complete without Sopapillas for dessert.  Ages 8 - 12.
